Van Bercken is a Melbourne based contemporary jewellery brand known for their impeccably sourced diamonds and stunning designs. The brand name itself was inspired by Lodewyk van Bercken, a late 15th century jeweller and craftsman. Famous for inventing the scaif, a tool which revolutionised diamond cutting and polishing, the Van Berken logo was developed to reflect not only the stunning, multifaceted quality of diamonds, but also the craftsmanship involved in achieving a brilliant, perfect cut diamond.
